Inspired at a very young age by Julia Child, Rachel finally got to meet her idol at the Aspen Food & Wine Festival while working on the American Express “By Invitation Only” program. She was lucky enough to work with both Julia Child and Jacques Pepin on a VIP program for Platinum card members.
